These terms apply when you purchase from Stop&Shop.co.za.

Payment

Orders must be paid in full at checkout unless another payment option is offered by the store or payment provider.

Order Confirmation

After checkout, you may receive an order confirmation by email or SMS. This confirms that we have received your order, not that it has already been dispatched.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed before dispatch. Personalised products may require extra processing time to prepare the custom name or design.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery takes 7–11 business days after the order has been processed.

Buy 2 & Get 1 Free Promotions

If a Buy 2 & Get 1 Free promotion is active, customers must follow the promotion instructions shown on the website or at checkout. The free item may need to be added to cart for the discount to apply.

Stock Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Custom Products

Custom products are created based on the information submitted by the customer. Please ensure names and details are correct before placing the order.
